SlashZero Guides Hub

First-hour loop, demo wipe rules, combat, Blessings, Hamlet, and HIEROS-I — in the order you actually need them.

Guides Hub

SlashZero is a 3D anime-style side-scrolling action roguelike from Streetlamp Studio, published by Skystone Games. The full game is scheduled for Spring 2027 (Steam still lists Q1 2027) on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and PlayStation 5. It is a single-player campaign with no online sessions. This hub is the map of every walkthrough on the wiki, written for the time-limited demo window that runs from 3 September through 23 September 2026 and for players who want a clean first-hour plan before that window closes.

If you are about to install, read in this order: Getting Started for the camp loop, the SlashZero demo guide for dates and wipe rules, then combat and controls once the street lamp dumps you into Sector 7.

First hour and the demo window

Getting Started

The getting started guide is the first-hour checklist. It covers installing the Windows-only PC demo or the PS5 build, why a controller is recommended over keyboard and mouse, how Nyx and Fina actually play, how the Fortune Chip camp works, and what to do after you die. If you only open one page before your first run, open that one.

Demo Guide

The demo guide is the calendar and the fine print. Start time is 3 September 2026, 15:15 UTC. End time is 23 September 2026, 15:00 UTC. Streetlamp framed it as a time-limited, data-wipe test: every save is deleted when the window closes. The same page covers the 10-hour content claim, Hamlet, secret bosses, Steam versus PS5, and the system requirements so a thin laptop is not a surprise mid-combo.

Combat, builds, and the roster

Combat and Controls

Combat and controls unpacks the stylish layer that trailers sell in five seconds and playtests spend an hour teaching. Basic, special, and ultimate attacks, aerial strings, launches, dash notes from playtests, vaults, and the awkward spacing of moving-train fights all live there. Pair it with the Timehacker hub when you are choosing a kit instead of mashing the first character you clicked.

Builds, Blessings, and Chips

The builds primer is the in-run versus out-of-run split: Blessings from Authorities, Temporal Fragments, Upgrade Chips, Dual Blessings, rerolls, and permanent Authority Codes. It names the seven Authorities seen in-game and walks a Fire burn plus Heat Wave example so the UI is not a wall of icons. Rankings live on the build tier list.

Unlocks and hidden fights

How to Unlock Hamlet

Hamlet is a stage robot with a reconfigurable longsword and shield. He is not on the starting roster. The Hamlet unlock guide is the step-by-step: finish a loop as Nyx or Fina, unlock the second Timehacker, talk to Rui at the Fortune Chip, then trigger related story in specific timelines.

Secret Bosses and HIEROS-I

Erik and Ye are the demo’s secret bosses. Players who finish the challenge chain can encounter HIEROS-I, Lord of the Void. The secret boss guide covers the rematch structure, Ye’s story flags, and the story vocabulary around Silver, Timeline Zero, and the Null Void.

Story and Lore

The story and lore guide is the plot map: Silver, false timelines, HIEROS-I, and what the State of Play trailer actually says. It does not invent a Spring 2027 ending.

Demo Preview

The demo preview is the install filter — TechRaptor, Push Square, Gematsu, and who should spend the twenty-day window. It is not a fake review score.

News, specs, and what to open between runs

Between loops, check the updates hub for the demo-launch FAQ and the Spring 2027 window. Compare kits on the Timehacker hub and the tier list hub. If the PC build stutters on a moving train, read system requirements before blaming the dash window.

This wiki does not invent daily codes or Roblox scripts. SlashZero is single-player. Use the guides above, then jump back to camp and take another street lamp.

Suggested reading order

  1. Getting Started — camp, Sector 7, death, and meta.
  2. Demo Guide — dates, wipe, platforms, and what does not persist.
  3. Combat and Controls — strings, launches, dash, and parkour.
  4. Builds, Blessings, and Chips — Authorities, Fragments, and Codes.
  5. How to Unlock Hamlet — after a completed loop.
  6. Secret Bosses and HIEROS-I — Erik, Ye, and the Lord of the Void.
  7. Story and lore — Silver, false timelines, trailer lines.
  8. Demo preview — whether the window is for you.

If a trailer hyped a mechanic you have not seen yet, it is probably gated behind a later hour of the demo, not missing from your install. Keep one Blessing plan, one Timehacker, and one secret-hunt checklist, and the twenty-day window is enough to see Hamlet, a Dual Blessing, and at least one hidden fight.

Treat this hub as a field manual for the September window, not as a substitute for the Spring 2027 build. Streetlamp is still iterating Authorities, Chip embedding, and story flags. Come back when the full game’s timeline list is longer than Sector 7, and use these pages to remember which street lamp you already trusted.
